In addition to holding a wide range of bearings in stock for immediate despatch worldwide, we ensure that production is flexible so that we can respond to customer requirements in situations such as vessel breakdowns and scheduled overhauls in dry-dock, where prompt delivery is essential.

We can manufacture bespoke bearings to a customer’s specific requirements. Using our advanced computer facilities and technology and, of course, our years of experience and knowledge, Countrose can readily respond to special needs and preferences and to drawing specifications using non-standard sizes and various shell materials.

We also offer a re-line service, which is especially useful for larger size bearings and for vessel breakdowns where quick delivery is vital to minimise costs. By removing the necessity to purchase a new shell we offer a cost-effective solution in these days of particularly high metal prices and, with the quick turnaround enabling you to have the bearing re-installed very quickly, you can also save on expensive slippage charges.
